We throw out overt junk mail before it even reaches your account - anything addressed to "occupant" or "current resident", or postcards and flyers that are clearly advertisements. They won't count toward your monthly received mail limit.

Even if your name is misspelled, we will still be able to correctly sort your mail. We sort solely based on box number, so as long as the 5-digit box number is correct in the address, you will receive the mail in your account. However, in cases where the box number is missing, we must, by law, return the mail to sender.

We can receive virtually any mail items sent through USPS, UPS or FedEx, including packages. You must sign USPS form 1583 section 5 to enable us to receive registered mail on your behalf. We cannot, however, receive COD (cash on delivery) deliveries.

Yes, we can serve as a registered agent address for your business. Designating us as your registered agent doesn't involve any extra fees, forms, notifications, etc. Registered agents simply receive mail, including legal documents, for your LLC or corporation, which is what we do for all of our customer accounts already.
