Will you open my mail?

Solution

We will not open your mail unless you specifically request to have the particular piece of mail scanned. We will only scan the envelope upon arrival, and you choose to shred, recycle, or have the mail forwarded elsewhere without us opening it. If you do request to have it scanned, we will do so in a secure environment with proper surveillance, and the scan will be carried out only by employees who have passed our security and background clearances.
