To cancel, log in to your account, go to the "Account" tab, and click on "Update Billing Details", where you will find a link to the cancellation form at the bottom of the page. We cannot cancel your account via a support ticket: you must use this form when canceling your account, since it provides us with instructions on how to handle any mail we receive for you after your account has been closed.
